Another buddy of mine really liked the first one and just got done with the sequel on audio book. He loved it. It's on my list, but my list is probably 12 books deep and I haven't cracked a page in a few months. Probably should get on that.

I liked the first one enough that I'll try the second, also I'm not nearly as melodramatically cynical as Mac. :P


Different note: My kids friend got an Oculus VR and their whole family loves it. We went over and tried it out and ordered one the same day. (Which won't ship until the end of January!) However, while using it and ever since all I can think of is OASIS and I can see how people will fall fast into that pit of make-believe when Facebook morphs into a fully immersive VR experience.
