I want a thread because I'm sure as shit gonna buy this thing, and if anybody else does too, I wanna be able to share levels and all the hottest Mario Maker news back and forth.

For example, this reddit post has some good tips and tricks:

• if you push down on the d-pad and A+B at the same time, it transforms into an old CRT looking screen.
• If you wanna unlock stuff quicker, make a 10x10 block of terrain and copy/paste it a bunch. About every 1000 blocks it unlocks a new shipment.
• Left thumbstick in will change the cursor from a human hand to the other selectable ones.

And so forth. This guy shared his level (61C1-0000-0018-81E0) and got some positive feedback. I'm hoping this subreddit will start surfacing some awesome content.

I'm seriously excited about Mario Maker.

They can be creative, but they're not much fun to play.

In order to upload a level, you have to beat it first. So this guy did that, I guess.

I've watched this guy's "Game Maker's Toolkit" series for a while now, but it never occurred to me that Mario Maker must be a dream to him.

Wow. These levels, some of them are just garbage, but some (Giga Bowser in particular) are super impressive AND difficult.

Ok, that part with the moving goal post was fantastic.

And the P-Switch part was ingenious.

However, the springboards at the end bullshit has got to stop.
