Jeez, so they're remaking Sunshine in HD as far as I know, and they should really just ask this guy if they can use his track top to bottom. It's perfect:

Well, 2 years and 4 months after beating XC2, I beat XC1. The "definitive edition" for Switch. They remade the whole game in the XC2 engine, and... man, it shows. Gloriously beautiful!

That said, I dunno, XC2 was my first Xenoblade game, and it's firmly entrenched as my favorite. The Metacritic score for XC1 is 92, and the score for XC2 is 83. In my personal headrankings, I'd reverse those. Not to shit on XC1 or anything, but it's an older game. Maybe they fixed some things in the formula when they made the sequel.

Wow, huge pile of Mario news today. Including a new Super Mario Bros "Game and Watch" physical device, a Super Mario battle royale on NSO, a Switch port for the sadly neglected WiiU SM3DW, and most importantly...

We've gotten most of the biggest/best Wii U exclusives ported over to Switch already (Tropical Freeze, Treasure Tracker, MK8 Deluxe, Pikmin 3, SM3DW, etc). Just saw this thread showing the remaining Wii U exclusives and... most of them are kinda trash, but I'd love to see:

    • Zelda WW/TP remasters in one package for next year's Zelda 35th anniversary
    • XCX, with XC1/XC2 being such a surprise hit for Switch it seems inevitable
    • Starfox Zero with the motion controls removed (or optional)

Give Starfox its day in the sun, Nintendoooooo. Absolutely no one gave that game a chance (myself included) because of the awkward control scheme.

Wow, this is neat. Warriors gameplay, but they worked closely with Nintendo and this looks like a high quality BOTW prequel:
