I think once all invites have been accepted, we'll be able to start. We're set up with Medium level fog of war, 24 hour turn timers, and "auto-skip" if you don't act within the 24 hour window.

As a heads up I will be gone skiing from friday morning to Wed morning. I will have phone service but will only be able to get on in the evenings from the chalet. Moral of the story is that for those 5 days I will be still taking my turns but it will be slow. Just a heads up.

Well, turn one complete. I decided where I wanted to try and make something happen, dropped +5 armies into one of my territories, and then:

1. attack with 8 armies vs. 3, lose 2 attackers and kill 0 defenders
2. attack with 6 armies vs. 3, lose 2 attackers and kill 0 defenders
3. attack with 4 armies vs. 3, lose 2 attackers and kill 0 defenders

Okay, so that's not happening I guess.

Three attacks, 9 total dice rolls (vs. 6 defender rolls), and I lost a total of 6 armies and killed 0. Fuck you RNG.
