I just watched West of Memphis, and it was spectacular... probably because it had a lot of money and movie-making expertise dumped into it (produced by Peter Jackson, Fran Walsh, and Wingnut Films)... but awfully good nonetheless.

A coworker's brother-in-law (I think that's right) made a documentary about comic strips. It's noteworthy to me, because he actually scored an interview with Bill Watterson (among many others) and Watterson drew a movie poster for him.

Just watched Werner Herzog's new Netflix documentary, Into the Inferno. It's about volcanoes and shit. It was awesome.

This is high up on reddit right now, and rightly fucking so. It's seriously like a Hollywood-quality chase scene.

I just watched Tickled. It's been all over the place lately so I finally checked it out. Wow, what a ride. Weird as hell.

Journalist David Farrier stumbles upon a mysterious tickling competition online. As he delves deeper he comes up against fierce resistance, but that doesn't stop him getting to the bottom of a story stranger than fiction.
That's putting it lightly. It goes to some disturbing places. I was stressed as fuck. Beautifully made documentary though. Highly recommended! It's available around the places.
