Incorrect it was changed so that Han doesn't shoot first, I believe.

Err, yeah, that's wrong. That's what made the special editions so annoying. In the original, Han committed cold-blooded murder. They changed it to make him more heroic.

I put original in quotes meaning that what Lucas calls the original these days (the "original" that you can buy in the stores) has it where Greedo shoots first. The version we all saw as kids (the one that lives on those laser disks) is like a fart in the wind. Lucas doesn't really acknowledge that one anymore. That is what I meant.

one of the "co-producers" of Star Wars has said that there will never be a definitive version of Star Wars until Lucas dies. I kinda believe that.

I haven't seen any indication of which cut or version or whatever will be on them but the complete saga on Blu-Ray will be out in September.

I'm still against buying physical media these days but this could make me reconsider.
