    So, someone stole my minecraft account. I got it back today, which I'm glad of, but I thought I'd suggest to any of you that still login with a username rather than having migrated over to their more secure login protocols, probably do that.

    They changed my password, migrated my account over to a different e-mail address, and I had to write to their service department to get it moved back to my e-mail again. When you do that, they want the transaction ID from your purchase. Pretty sure I sent a $10 bill to Notch nearly a decade ago, so that was a small hill to traverse, but relatively painless to fix. Naturally, I hadn't wanted to touch the game til I couldn't, but now I'll likely not even log in when I get back home.
