I love Adam Neely's videos on music theory. But I have a degree in music. I don't know how accessible his material is to someone who's never studied the stuff, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say they're accessible enough to enjoy. The dude has over a million subscribers, surely they're not all music nerds.
This is so well structured, and tells such a great story, that I think it belongs in the "short films" category. It's a massive (warning: 44 minutes) essay on the intrinsic racism of (western) music theory.
Ignore the video title; that is his thesis, but it's also clickbait designed to pull in viewers. The journey is more important than the conclusion.

I don't always get into DHMIS stuff, but this one struck a chord with me.
