Weirdly enough, I watched this without fully absorbing the title first, so I didn't know it was episode 2. I think it stands alone pretty well, and in fact now I'd like to see episode 3.

EDIT: Yeah, episode 1 works fine as a "prequel" anyway:

It's a very dark (as in low light) movie, I had to turn off all the lights in my office to watch it, but it was pretty neat. I guess it was filmed entirely by the light of the full moon.

EDIT: Heyyy this guy's stuff is pretty good, I like this one better:

Both posted around Halloween 2017. What was this "viral" marketing for?

Nothing I'm aware of, I think it's just some dude making creepy short films with public domain footage. There are more on the channel.

This fan is making short little effects reels of WH40K action. I like this one, drives home the fact that Space Marines are walking tanks:

You may not give a shit about pro wrestling (I don't either; haven't watched it since I was about 13) but this video is fuckin' fantastic. It's clearly something Super Eyepatch Wolf is passionate about, and he does a great job of conveying the story he's trying to tell.
