All that shit in Minneapolis is blocks from where I used to live. Those are stores I used to go to that are burnt to the ground. I see the looting and riots are migrating into the suburbs in some spots now too. I keep seeing posts from people on the ground talking about police instigation and even some pretty solid evidence of cops in tactical gear starting some of the fires themselves. Other posts about groups of cops bragging about how many rubber bullets they've shot or cans of pepper spray deployed. I've seen videos of cops driving erratically through crowds of peaceful protesters, spraying pepper spray out their windows with impunity.

If they don't arrest that cop who killed the guy today, I am terrified for what this weekend will bring. The weather will be nice. People already don't have shit all to do. It will not be good.

I've heard some shit about Minneapolis cops, but man, it's definitely coming to a head this week. I hope some good comes of all this.
