f I were ever to play this game again, I'd definitely do it either on Hard/Casual (defeated characters flee instead of dying, and are accessible again after the mission) or even just downgrade to Normal difficulty. Hard/Classic was witheringly difficult. I don't even want to think about "Insanity" or whatever comes next.

I bought Three Houses a week ago, and learning from past experience, I went with Normal/Classic.

Played the absolute shit out of it (thanks quarantine!) and beat it, then reverted to a save midway through to try another plot fork, and beat that too.

Normal is just too easy, outside a couple instances here and there where the difficulty spikes. You can make it harder (as I discovered in my playthrough of the second fork) by skipping all side content and refusing to do any extra leveling.

As for a review of Three Houses: I loved it. The story was incredible. The way it branches, it really does change a lot; it's not just the same story with different characters or something. I would play through again (there are two more plot forks to see) but I've got a stack of other games waiting for me. 50+ hours in a week is already way too much.
